◎ Direction to the Apt

Case 1: From Haneda Airport (24min)

↓ Take Keikyu Airport Express

tachiaigawa station (立会川) / Plz be careful as some of the express trains do not stop.
Case 2: From Narita Airport (1hr15min)
Narita Intl #2 Airport

↓ Take Tokyu Skyliner

Nippori (日暮里)

↓ Take JR Yamanote Line towards Shinagawa
Shinagawa (品川)

↓ Take Keikyu Airport Express

Case 3: From Shingawa Station (10min)

Above are the easiest route but there are many other routes to the apartment.
Please use the train app like below for other directions.

Tachiaigawa - this is where you want to exit!

 

◎ From Tachiaigawa station to the house
Map #1: Exit at Tachiaigawa station and make LEFT (only1 exit).

Map #2: Go straight for 2-4min until you cross a big street with KITCHEN ORIGIN. 

Map #3: Then you make LEFT at Origin.

Map #4: Go straight for 1-2min.

  
Map #5: You see Alley way on your right.

Map #6: Further back house in the alley way. It has "Ryoma House" sign in the back.

Map #7: The house gate is open all the time so plz come in. It says Ryoma House, so you won't miss it.

Map #8: There is a keybox on the doorknob.

Keybox opens like below.

The key will be opened by the password has been shared by your airbnb messages (when you booked and 1 day before your arrival).
You will have 2 keys.

◎ Self Checkin Procedure

- Checkin AFTER 16:00pm. - Please message the host after you checkin. We hire a professional cleaning service for each guest, but let us know if there are anything not clean or if you need any assistant for anything.

- There is a camera inside the entrance where we can do passport check with the management company.

- Next door elder lady "Wakai san" is helping managing the house, yard and garbage. Please say hi when you see her and ask any questions (she only speaks Japanese though). 

◎ House Rules

- Each room has AC (for both warm and cold air) and its remote.

- Please let us know if you have any issues.
- Please take off shoes at the entrance.
- No Smoking (Please DO not smoke in the alley way or inside the house. Please smoke in the backyard).
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please follow the garbage day instruction written in the garbage box.- Please respect the neighborhoods and do not be noisy from 22:00pm to 10:00am.
- It is very safe area but it is your responsibility to keep your valuables. Always lock the door.
- Do not dispose solids to the kitchen sink. (For example when u have ramen, u can throw away ramen soup into the sink but please put leftover noodle into a trash bag and throw away outside.)
- No illegal activities allowed. 

- Pocket wifi : ID & PW is written on it. 

Garbage
Garbage bags are located in the storage left side of the bathroom. 

There is a garbage stocker outside of the house located outside the house.
(From inside the house, its located right side).

1. Combustibles (Most garbage belong here such as Food, paper, plastics, boxes etc)
2. Glasses and Bottles
3. Cans
4. Plastic bottles (for drinks.

Please distinguish the garbage as above and put them in the garbage stocker outside when it's full.
Next door lady Wakai san occasionally picks them up (Cumbustibles are Wednesday morning & Saturday morning.)

The ID & PW written in the back.

AC (For both cold and warm Air)
Each room has its own AC and the remote. It has some English note but if you need more help, please checkout some youtube like this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIU69fRJawg

Hot Water Switch

Located by the ketchen and the bathroom. You can always turn on. 

Electric Breaker
In case the power shut down, please turn up to re-start all the electricity.

Laundry machine
Here is the instruction how to use the laundry machine.

◎ Self Checkout Procedure

- Checkout BEFORE 11:00am. (Please use coin lockers at the station for late departure)

- Please do basic cleanup and tidy up all the garbage.
- Please turn off the AC
- Please charge the pocket wifi 
- Lock the door and put the key back into the original location.
- Please message the host when you checkout OK, and the last but not least... Please have a safe trip back :-)
