◎Direction to the Apt
Please note that there are a few other train stations nearby to the apt so please use Google map to find your shortest route. The following is the easiest & the famous route using Akihabara station 
(i.e. 
From Okachimachi station : 5min walk
From Suehirocho station : 7min walk etc)
 

photo #01: Get off at famous JR Akihabara station in Tokyo and look for 昭和通り (Showa-Dori) exit.

photo #02: Yes, please follow Showa-dori exit!

   
photo #03:Exit at Showa-dori and go straight until the traffic signal.

photo #04:  After the traffic, you hit Ramen Korakudo and that is where you make LEFT.

photo #05: This is how the road look and you walk about 5min. 

photo #06: If you see this curry shop on your right, you are on the right track! (Super good curry!)

photo #07: When you see this traffic light with this huge building with RENTAL Green sign, this is where you make RIGHT. 

photo #08:  First corner, there is another great ramen shop and this is where you make final LEFT.

photo #09: For a few blocks walk you see the building on RIGHT.

◎ Self Checkin Procedure

- Checkin AFTER 16:00pm. - Please message the host after you checkin. We hire a professional cleaning service for each guest, but let us know if there are anything not clean or if you need any assistant for anything.

- There is a camera inside the entrance where we can do passport check with the management company.

- 4F and 5F door elder lady "Yamanashi san" is a happy kind lady. 

◎ House Rules

- Each room has AC (for both warm and cold air) and its remote.

- Please let us know if you have any issues.
- Please take off shoes and wear slippers at home.

- No Smoking (Please DO not smoke in the alley way or inside the building..
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Do not dispose solids to the kitchen sink. (For example when u have ramen, u can throw away ramen soup into the sink but please put leftover noodle into a trash bag and throw away outside.)
- No illegal activities allowed. 

- LAN Internet : ID and PW below.

- Pocket wifi : ID & PW is written on its back. 

◎ Trash (TO BE UPDATED)

If you want the landlord to pick up your trash bags in your room, plz keep your door know hanger to
"Knock before Entering"
If no garbage then, you can keep it "Do not disturb".
The garbage bags are collected Sunday night and Wednesday night.

◎ Internet and some more

• AC (For both cold and warm Air)

Each room has its own AC and the remote. It has some English note but if you need more help, please checkout some youtube like this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIU69fRJawg

• Hot Water Switch

Located near the ketchen and the bathroom. You can always turn on. 

• Electric Breaker

In case the power shut down, please turn up to re-start all the electricity.

◎ Self Checkout Procedure

- Checkout BEFORE 11:00am. (Please use coin lockers at the station for late departure)
- Please do basic cleanup and tidy up all the garbage.
- Please turn off the AC
- Please charge the pocket wifi
- Lock the door and put the key back into the original location.
- Please message the host when you checkout OK, and the last but not least... Please have a safe trip back :-)
