◎ From Asagaya station to the apart  

Map #1: One exit in Asagaya station.

Map #2: North exit after the ticket gate. 

Map #3: Go to the main street. 

Keep going straight for 8-10min. 

Map #4: Keep left and go straight until you see the tiny red brick building.

Map #6: You got there!! Here is the building and the keybox is in the mailbox either 201 or 301.

Map #8: Please make sure you open the right one (either 3F or 2F).

The key will be opened by the password has been shared by your airbnb booking itenarary.
You will get 2 keys (one for the 1F gate and one for your room). .

The blue route is the easiest route for your 1st checkin, but once you know the apt, we recommend the red route as they have many local interesting arcade shops and good restaurants.

◎ Self Checkin Procedure

- Checkin AFTER 16:00pm. 
- Both 2F and 3F are our listing, so please make sure you will checkin to the right room.
- Please message the host after you checkin. We hire a professional cleaning service for each guest, but let us know if there are anything not clean or if you need any asistant for anything.

◎ House Rules

- Please let us know if you have any issues.
- Please take off shoes at the entrance.
- No Smoking (Please smoke in the balcony or outside of the building).
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please follow the garbage day instruction written in the garbage box.
- Coin laundry is located next to the apt.
- Please respect the neighborhoods and do not be noisy from 22:00pm to 10:00am.
- It is very safe area but it is your responsibility to keep your valuables. Always lock the door.
- Do not dispose solids to the kitchen sink. (For example when u have ramen, u can throw away ramen soup into the sink but please put leftover noodle into a trash bag and throw away outside.)
- No illegal activities allowed.
- An unexpected overnight guest is +2500yen/night.
- Japanese houses can be quite humid. Please always turn ON the bathroom fan unless it is noisy.

- Pocket wifi

ID & PW is written on it. The apt doesn't have the house rooter, so this is the only available Internet. If you plan to use Internet a lot, it’s safer to rent a mobile rooter or apply data roaming service as your backup prior to your stay. If you lose it, the deposit will not be returned.

◎ Things to do in Asagaya'

1. Bar Gab
Your 1F Cafe bar. You get free wifi + more local tips from the bartender and the people there.
(They can speak English).

2. Street arcade walking.
Not only the red route street arcade to the apt, there is also an asagaya perl center, which is one of the biggest & the longest street arcades in Japan. Please take a walk and explore. If you see some food but you don't know what to order, tell them "Osusume Kudasai" (Give us your recomendation). This will work anywhere.

3. Asagaya Beer Kobo
One of the most popular Japanese craft beer bars located near the station.

◎ Self Checkout Procedure

- Checkout BEFORE 11:00am. (Please use coin lockers at the station for late departure)
- Please do basic cleanup and tidy up all the garbage.
- Please turn off the AC
- Please charge the pocket wifi 
- Keep the bathroom fan ON.
- Lock the door and put the key back into the original location.
- Please message the host when you checkout OK, and the last but not least... Please have a safe trip back :-)
